The web-sites which say they are providing fake UK driving licences around the clearnet (where you are actually) are actually not providing them. Instead, they’re offering cheap imitation playing cards which don’t seem something like the true DVLA-issued licence, aren’t the appropriate colour and don’t even say “Driving Licence” on them
